Subject: Texture nightmare!!!

heyas; yes, that's a good sequence. if you did happen to uvmap after the phi/jps, that's okay, too. you just have to re-save the obj after you remap it, and delete the rsr, as wyrwulf said... oh, say.... you didn't happen to use the grouping tool on this, did you? or build it by replacing body parts with props?? if you used the grouping tool, you have to take the geomcustom(s) out of the cr2 and make them point back to the obj file, to get them to read updated uvs. (if you did the uvs first, then used the grouper, you should be okay). not to insult your intelligence, but i gotta ask the "d'oh!" questions: when you applied the texture, did you check the 'texture changes apply to everything' box or did you only texture the useless preview material? after you applied the texture to the whole figure, did you render and/or turn on poser's texture preview mode to see it? did you put a reflection map on it? (that usually overpowers the actual texture.) is the base colour light enough to see the texture through it? oh, and... you DID re-save the obj after giving it new uvs in uvmapper, right?
