Hello, I bought Errol Hair as it has been in my cart for a few days. But I can not download it, it errors everytime and I just noticed it has been removed from the store, was the download removed as well? Can I still get this product or will you give me credit to get something else? Why was the product removed by the way? Thanks Anita

Hi Anita, I've reset your download. I'm not sure why it was removed. Deb

I can not download this file, thanks for resetting it but I just got the invalid file error again after the download. Their is something wrong with the file or something. Can someone check to see what the problem is or if it unobtainable can I get a refund? I would love to have the hair but I just can't download it from the link given. Thanks, Anita

I'm having the same problem. There is a problem with the file itself. I've downloaded it twice and when I try to open it I get an "Unexpected end of archive" error from winrar. It would appear that the file is corrupt. It needs to be replaced. :) Thanks! Laura

They had a flaw in the product, which is why it was immediately moved out of the MarketPlace. The merchants have been contacted, and I'm sure it will be taken care of very quickly. Once it's back in the MP, I'll reset all downloads. Sorry for the inconvenience. Deb

Product is corrected, and back in the MarketPlace. I just tested both of the downloads myself, and it's working fine with winzip. Deb

Hi Debbie---the second zip is still bad. Can we get that fixed, please? :) I just don't want to start another thread if I don't have to. :D Laura

Hi Laura, I'm checking with the store tester now to see if it was supposed to have 2 zips or not. Deb

Oh, OK, there are 2 listed on the download page so I just assumed. Sorry! Be waiting to hear. :)

Debbie M. ( ) posted Tue, 07 February 2006 at 4:19 PM

Hey Laura, Heard back :) There is only supposed to be one zip for the product, so if you got the one downloaded successfully, then you're all set. Thank you for your patience! Deb
