Nope, not at all like that, not for a human figure, anyhow. You need to get the texture template first. You can find them at the product page where you bought your model(s), so if you have Victoria 3, you'll find the template over there at DAZ. Another thing to get hold of is a Seam Guide, which is a texture template with colour coded seams and extra guides to show you where the various bits and pieces go. Once you have those, you need to get yourself a good set of photos, either by joining a site such as 3D.SK or buying them from the Marketplace here. Then, the "fun" begins. You'll have to build up the skin by cutting, pasting, dodging, burning, cloning and painting all these photos together. It's hard work, very time consuming and not for the faint hearted or easily bored.
