I'd advise not to go too far too fast. Transferring conforming clothes from one figure to another is NOT simple. I don't have Wardrobe Wizard, but as far as I know, that's the only tool that works. The Tailor won't do it. It might be better to just start out with using Poser. First the Pose room (guess you already know how to use that), the Material room would be next. Dynamic cloth (the Cloth room) is definitely worth spending some of your time on (and dynamic cloth is relatively painless when it comes to fitting clothes that were meant for other figures). The Hair room is interesting, but also daunting. It's difficult to get things right. The Face room - I've never used it. And the Setup room comes in when you're going to make or alter your own figures. Only useful when you know your way in a .CR2 file, have learned what joint parameters are and how they work, stuff like that. The Setup room by itself is not enough to make a conforming clothing item, you also need a CR2 editor.
The pen is mightier than the sword. But if you literally want to have some impact, use a typewriter
