One piece of advice - do not install anything to the default folders (except for the obj files, which do have to go in the named locations). Merchants seem to want you to install their stuff in a folder with their name on it, or worse still, their name preceded by several !s. Allow this, and you'll never find anything. Devise a sensible folder structure, like Characters/Clothing/V3/Tops and Props/Buildings/Fantasy and stick to it.
