Hmmm, maybe when it comes to the reflection of the woman in the floor. The upper part of the picture, the girl and the glow ball, rendered in fairly quickly. I started the render at 10:15AM. The render hit the floor region of the image at 10:39AM, and took until 10:42PM that night to complete the bottom of the image. It's a test image, so I can always try it again, adjusting the reflect value and see if I get a 'forever' render again. It could be the gather added to the reflect on the floor (I didn't expect to get any 'gathering' of light from the female at all that surprised me.) Or it could be I need a new laptop, this one is two years old, and it has a hard time with some of the things I want to try in P6 (like IBL with AO, that took 6 hours on a render).
