I think the product description for the add-on pack is a bit screwed up. Near as I can tell, there are no new morphs; the morphs mentioned in the description must be the standard morphs included with the Miki figure. And the "20 pieces of clothing" isn't correct, either. I think it includes clothing Miki owners already have. IOW, they just re-used the CE figure pack description.

You still get an awful lot for the price. An entire Tokyo street scene, with skydome. There's a PZ3, all assembled. Each item can also be loaded as a separate prop (vehicles, street lights, crosswalk, sidewalks, buildings, etc.).
