LOL Rod, I'd definately double check that dem. I'm from NY....the Finger Lake region & have relatives scattered from Buffalo, South to Elmira/Binghampton and north to Geneva. There isn't a flat place around unless you pick a square block of neighborhood, even then there are some hills :)
