Also agree with the shine on the face being too much. Logansfury, are you using P5/6? If so in the mat room you could plug a noise node (eg Granite) into the specularity sockets to "granulate" the effect. You'd probably have to fidle with the values to get the right effect... Above is an example with no adjustments. (NB - this was a very quick experiment with V3. Head texture only affected. Too many lights (my default setup).. )
