No, she's directly from the install... it doesn't work right for the male figure, either. It maps okay until around the chest area, then it somehow gets scrunched. No, there's no intensity control, it's either on or off.. :) I don't know why it would work differently on different machines.. I tried it on my dad's computer, the maps do the same thing. The weird thing is that re-mapping doesn't help. I aligned everything from the chest up with the template and tried again.. it was in the right spot, but it looked.. VERY bad. It's so strange..
