That's because there is a 3rd Collision Detection that has to be turned on and that's for the window you're working in. In the upper right corner of your working area window there's a little black sideways arrow drop down menu where you'll find Collision detection. It must have the checkmark turned on next to it for collission detection to work. I know it works because right now I have a locked up Poser window because I have it turned on and my robot figure is so big that it's stuck between decks in the Spaceship L1. o.O
