Subject: Cannot complete downloading

I am still trying to download the 'Spring Collection' from my order 111012726 but even on broadband I've been cut off. Now you won't let me try any more. Please reset this download.

There's something I feel Renderosity should know, and maybe post a warning. I think that because I've been using a utility called 'Get File Size' to check on purchase download size, your serve interprets this request as a download attempt, and so reduces the number of future attempts so they may run out. The reason I've been using the utility is that other recent attempts to download my purchases have labeled the download file as 'account', and not the actual file name. So I used the 'get file size' utility which automatically confirmed the file name then changed the name 'account' to its proper download name. I hope this is useful.
