Royloo has a Valkyrie pilot helmet. All one would really need to do to reproduce the TV flight suits, is create an appropriate texture for one of the Cat suits. For the movie versions you would need a completely new mesh though. (I am referring to Macross the movie: Ai oboete imasuka... NOT Robotech the movie which is a horrible butchering of the OVA Megazone 23, and The TV series Southern Cross.) Otherwise why not ask someone to make one... People who MIGHT be interested in doing something like that are Royloo, and maybe J Hoagland at Vanishing point (Did some nifty Gatchaman outfits a while back, and they do have a VF-1... albeit not very accurate, but it does transform...
