"steal" is such a harsh word - perhaps we could just "borrow" it. There is a company called "Alien Technologies" though. They sell computer parts as well as those little microchips that brodcast a signal to a scanner so some computer somewhere knows who and what just walked past it's scanner. I still think that Captain Kirk's computer on the NCC 1701 would be the one to get. The problem is that all the Klingons would wanna come on over and party Saturday night and Sunday afternoon on the bridge because Kirk had the big screen T.V. and the most comfortable seats. I wonder how the Ship's replicator would handle making Budweiser? on the subject of cooling: liquid nitrogen? keep the chip close to absolute zero. I read somewhere that the cooler a CPU is the faster it runs. You'd be in trouble though if the cooling system sprung a leak. Finally saw "Terminator 3" on T.V. After watching that I don't know if too smart or too fast a linked computer is such a good idea . . .
