If you want detail, medical-grade or porn-vid close-up, it's going to be expensive. If you want a morph for a DAZ figure which is enough to show there's something there, and not merely a Barbie-doll bump, it's worth checking what ABgraph has for free. Not available here, though he does have an item in the freestuff. Personally, I'm not convinced that the modelling for the guys is all that realistic, but at least they put something there.
