There are some people who take serious offense to "public displays of nudity", regardless of the setting. So those nudity warnings are designed to give people fair warning that if they click the link, they may see nudity. It's up to the person then to decide if they want to take the chance. I often wonder how many people who take offense to nudity just look at the first page and base their purchase on that. I also wonder how such people can work with poser considering the figure arrives inside the pose window starkers. For myself nudity doesn't bother me. However, what does bother me are those who use it to make a statement or seek attention such as in gallery images that have twiggy women with basketball sized, gravity defying boobs that under real circumstances would make it impossible for the woman to walk without a construction crane following behind to support her chest. Where I live it's 100% legal for women to go topless, even in the heart of the City. I haven't seen any women exercise that right since there were massive demonstrations and publicity stunts where women paraded themselves, topless, through the City before the laws were changed. Unfortunately some men are total pigs and even though the laws here allow a woman to go completely topless, there are some men who leer and jeer and make crude comments when they see a naked woman. So until "men" grow up a bit more and learn that a woman's chest isn't anymore sexual than their own, I'll keep my top on. However, I'll be one of the first to shuck my top when the male members of our society learn some measure of restraint.
"It is good to see ourselves as
others see us. Try as we may, we are never
able to know ourselves fully as we
are, especially the evil side of us.
This we can do only if we are not
angry with our critics but will take in good
heart whatever they might have to
say." - Ghandi
