I like the POV. The vicky models do horrible things in the shoulder and collarbone joints when trying to do hand above or behind head poses. What I would see as the two most obvious areas to do some corrective tweaking would be: -bend the toes up to make a level base from the ball of foot to tips of toes to stand on -try some slight dial tweaks to see if you can keep the basic right arm pose without all the twisting of the upper arm. This may not be possible to correct in poser and may take a slight postworking. Some clone stamp tool or other photoshop or psp work to take out the twist Great face and expression on the character!
