Sorry to hear this. I'd like to suggest that you check his support website (link attached). In the Hub forum, you'll see that 2 others have same problem, but Howard seems to be having problems trying to recreate the same symptoms. Adding your scenario to the mix may help to tip the balance. Remember Howard is on UK time, so act quickly if you want him to see it tonite.
