And then save as a material collection (if you have P6). You could also edit the MAT pose file, CR2Builder by kim99 (free) is perfect for the job. Open the .pz2 in CR2Builder, leave the material nodes collapsed, copy the "material SkinLeg" node", paste it, and rename it to "material SkinShin". Repeat for all missing material zones, save the .pz2 as a new file, and you're done.
