Hi Mark, I put your question up to the Moderators and got a variety of suggestions to try. Here they are: "It's usually one of these problems. *Log out, purge your temporary internet cache and cookies, and then log back in. *Make sure your computer clock is correct. *(and the newest one) - Make sure you are not using a pop-up or ad-blocking program, OR make sure Renderosity is "allowed" in any pop-up or ad-blocking programs you may have running. FYI - The ad/pop blocker thing. This is caused by Renderosity's new way of having an image appear in a new window when you click on a thumbnail. I had it happen to me, when I had the ad-blocking portion of my "Zone Alarm Security Suite" activated."
