"Any chance that the runway number is going to be a separate texture?" Yes, the number can be a separate texture. Can use one of the texture plates ahead of the number instead. That will be up to the persons. Their will be texture nods in the material room to change easy. Their is about 40 texture plates on the runway alone. That is including the numbers and both runway ends. As for part two. I have never heard of blast deflectors in front of the section of tarmac where the taxiway crosses in front of the hangers. I have known that their are deflectors on the runway for carrier training purposes. But I am not going to bother with deflectors at the moment. They can be easily made. I need more info what your writing about. I am no pilot to really know about deflectors on a taxilane. Only from what I know on my own, and also a virtual pilot on the PC. hehe :-) Their will be additions later. I just want to get this project that took about a year to make done for now. I am making parking and merger lanes textures for the parking areas. That is going to be challenging. Also their will be night lights with the airbase. That is not a problem. Only time consuming. Been thinking about making a aircraft carrier.
