Subject: Clouds randomization

I wonder if there is a quick way for changing the "shape" of a cloud layer, a sort of randomization like the cloud genesis feature of Terragen where a different layer is built every time you hit the "generate clouds" button. Thanking in advance for any help

The clouds in Vue are not like in TG, they are more like a "painted effect" than real clouds, so there isn't much to do about it. But you can add clouds in the atmosphere tab, as many as you want.

It might be possible to write a python script that would randomize some of the parameters of the materials that make up a scenes sky. However I can't find python functions to get at the atmosphere settings. I was about to raise a tech support thread about something related to this. I'll add this to the list of things I'm asking about. Cheers Mark
