PBooost will get you much more than just FII, hard to see how to live without it once you have it. But anyhoo, if you are up to the editing task, read this thread started by Maveris, and follow my link in that thread to the edit list/vim script. Not really hard or very time consumming to do, but the downside is keeping track of and re-doing it every time you update or add to your !Daz folders :-(
