One thing you should know: there is NO ecosystem plugin for Vue 5 d'Esprit. If you're not going to use ecosystems (something I can't imagine, ecosystems are WAY cool!) you could start out with Vue 5 d'Esprit, expand with the Botanica plugin to get your tree editor, expand with Mover 5 to import Poser animations instead of only stills, expand with other plugins for enhanced lighting and enhanced materials. Yet only Vue 5 Infinite comes with ecosystems. And all those plugins, including Mover 5, are built right in. The price is stiff, certainly, but you get an enormous amount of functionality. Vue 5 Easel is cheap, in the same price range as Bryce 5.5. I think Bryce 5.5 has a little more functionality, while Vue 5 Easel is much easier to use, and renders much faster. Every other Vue 5 version has more functionality than Bryce 5.5, at a higher price tag than Bryce.

The pen is mightier than the sword. But if you literally want to have some impact, use a typewriter
