Hi sorry to be a bother, but I know Ilona slightly and she's a wonderful person and amazing merchant and I know for a fact that she would never ignore a customer intentionally I have also been trying to get ahold of her and haven't heard from her in quite some time. So I am thinking something bad has happened :(, hopefully not. But I hope that for the both of us that the renderosity staff knows what has become of her. Best of luck to you Diana
