Thanks Rosemaryr. No really i still now havent acquired that expertise to try it out with terrains.But sure i wd give it a try . By saying "Two-sided terrain object (between the rock object and the metaball object on the Create menu bar" do you mean the one named symmetrical latice ?? 2ndly shd i load the fractal like pic from the ones found by default at the terrain editor ? lastly whats the clipping function ?(do u mean negative boolean)? can u help me with these queries ?
