Wow, you put a lot of work into this! I'm impressed with the large cast you've put together and the sets/scenery. Your story and music work well together as well. The main suggestion I have is that there are places where I'd speed up character's movements a bit. I've noticed that many animators give their characters slow, deliberate movement or make all the movement steady. However, real people move quickly and change the rate of speed while they are moving. That's something I always have to watch for when I'm animating so I'm aware of it in other people's work. This is very impressive for a first go (actually it's better than many people's second, third, fourth, fifth and sixth animations - grin). I look forward to seeing more of your work in the future.
