Hello, As part of our verification process we ask that you send us the toll free or security number off the back of your credit card along with your Renderosity member name so we can manually verify the first purchase with you're credit card company. Please understand this is for your (the cardholder) protection as well as our own. When we have this information and have contacted you're card company, we'll be happy to activate your purchase.
