The lips, for me, is the biggest reason to have 2 seperate textures. If you use a V3 texture on A3 the lips are often outside the actual lip boundary, and the corners leak out too far onto the skin. If you're never gonna do portraits, it's not really an issue, you'll simply have to apply the body texture to A3's added material zones.
