I wonder a bit whether there's a confusion between the IP address of a computer and its location. Here in the UK, a lot of ISPs are based in London, and there's no close relation between the IP address assigned to a particular "modem" and the geographical location of the other end of the telco line currently "connected". Broadband can do things a bit differently to dial-up, but I'd be wary of reading too much into nominal locations of IP addresses. If it comes to that, I usually use an email address on a domain I own, but all that means is that email goes to one company, which forwards it automagically to another, from where I collect it. And if I send email it may well go through a third company, who actually provide my physical connection. Still, despite that fuzziness, I've not had problems with Content Paradise.
