Don't have the hair, but my guess about the bald thumbnails: If the file was saved into the library with the transparency settings on, only a fine mesh of dots will show where the hair is, not the full textured hair. If you look very closely, you may be able to see the dots in the thumbnails. Some people get around this by making a rendering of the figure with hair, pasting it into the background, and saving the file into the library again with the figure off screen. This does not work with the ProPack. You can also just save with transparency off, to have a (very) rough reminder of what the hair looks like. Do the "empty" three libraries correspond to the names of subfolders? If they contain texture, transmap and light files, guess they would not show up as files you can load directly into Poser. But the texture and transmaps are probably loaded into your figure OK, if they render properly. HTH
