I am a very steady customer here. I logged in...went to my account. I can see my previous purchases there. I have items in my wishlist...I had 1 in my cart. When I click on cart..I am no longer logged in. I am listed as a visitor and I have over $300. in store credit. Which makes no sense at all. I don't have credit here. I went through the store..found the item again...all the while my name was at the top like I was logged in. When I hit purchase I am no longer logged in. ???? Can you help me out here?? I need this outfit asap for a project I am working on. Thank you in advance.

You may need to check your cookies and make sure you can accept them from Renderosity. It may be throwing you out. If need be delete your cookies and then make sure you can accept them from RR's site. Otherwise, you may need to check your firewall. If you have it enabled you may need to disable it, if the settings are too strict. Let me know if that helps. Start there and then if you still have problems we'll see how we can help you further. I just deleted all cookies. Made sure I can accept them. Turned off my firewall. Restarted my computer. Turned off the firewall again. I can log in. But as soon as I hit cart..I am logged out again and back to a visitor. Oh, this is depressing. I really need this purchase. What do I do now?

Well...it worked now. Maybe it took a few minutes for my firewall to completely shut down? But here's my problem. I have run this firewall for over 3 to 4 years. Never had this problem making a purchase before. I don't like doing anything without it on. Does this mean I will have to shut it down every time I want to make a purchase? That's just odd. You might try to set your firewall so that its not so agressive. Just a thought. Clint
