The hair doesn't show up because it has the transparency set up on it. You should have two that are skull caps, one for Vickie one for Posette, and two that look bald but will show up when you pull it in on the model and render. You will notice that even if you have the hair on the model and then save the model you will not see the hair in the thumbnail. If you want to see the hair, pull it in, set all the trans to 0 and then save the model in the thumbs under a different name, then you will see the hair. 8^) Your files are fine.
