can you check your OpenGl settings? do this Ctrl + Y select the Preview Tab where it says 'Display Engine' and "Accumulation Buffer" set that to 'Hardware' exit poser and reload poser try importing then... (Believe it or not, that being mis-set affects Imports, changing which room your in, etc...)
