Some guy in the US makes custom full lycra body suits including full head. Saw a site from Japan where women wear weird plastic masks. Saw something called living doll where women where flesh colored body suits including hands feet and head and then ordinary street clothes and wigs over that... I think it is an attempt to get the look of a clothing mannikan. Some ladies are pretty indulgent I guess.
