It's a Cinema 4D plugin to bring Poser/Daz content files into C4D and manipulate them there. Currently there's an old C4D plugin that allows you to place an item/animation into a C4D scene, but you have to manipulate it in Poser first. The real drag for me is that this plugin, made by Poser, is for Mac OS9, so I'm stuck using it because it's never been updated.
