Hi I think the problem with there technical support is they are throwing everything at Keeping IL&M Happy, it's a huge step up for them and would see there shares rocket. I know it doesn't help us directly, but the updates will come much faster as they will hire extra people to cope with the increased pressure and IL&Ms knowledge will be added to there own, just think of that, they will not stand for an inferior buggy program, with patients will come rewards.
