My guess: The RDNA admin thought of the "joke" in terms of its implications for RDNA, but not in terms of what would happen to people who came to the site. That's immature. No big deal, but it was unprofessional and likely to put a dimple in business, with the folks who were inconvenienced by being "taken in." I'm just glad the day is over.
