Realistic Eyes with Dropshadows in Photoshop

I love this technique because it is so easy and makes such a huge difference.
Basically all you have to do is make a copy of your image and then erase the eyes, leaving the sockets empty.
Once you have done that just add a soft but shallow drop shadow to the top layer with the missing eyes. This works great wil alot of other elements that often look flat and fake in renders.
Here is another example of this technique. You can play with the settings to get various looks. More shadow creates softer, drowsier, and more senual looking eyes. Make the angle of the drop shadow reflects the angle of your lighting in the render.
