Uh. Been there lots. Maybe it's my ruggedly handsome looks, or the fact I'm old enough to be their grandpa, but they've never been anything but nice to me while I'm there. I've been solicited for advice a few times. Looked at wips, etc. Lots of good natured teasing. No real cruelty. Sometimes there's no one chatting, people do have real lives, so I say hi, bye and move on. Sometimes chatting for hours. Like having real time pen pals all over the world. So what if it's not all 3d chat. These are my peers, and I'm interested in more than the artwork they do. If this sounds like your cup of tea, come and play when you're bored sometime.
