I just checked your advice out. My p.c. is 3 years old. Hewlett Packard Pavilion 551w. My monitor is an hp pavilion mx70. I looked at your suggestions above. My monitor settings were set at 800x600. I have a 'slide' bar from left to right there on the display. I slid the bar right to the next nearest setting available, which was 1024x768. I then clicked 'apply'. Now, this forum ''fits'' all in the same viewing area. The only downside for me, is that all my 'icons', all my 'folders', the 'text/printing' on all webpages, etc. is SO much smaller. Also, when I used to press the F11 key on my keyboard to view ''full screen'' I had 'full screen' pictures that filled my entire monitor. Now, I'm assuming unless the pictures I'm viewing are 1024 or larger in pixel sizes, they won't ''fill'' the screen, correct? These old eyes are really straining to view them all. 300 Magnification glasses and all. LOL. Will see how it goes for now. THANKS for your help. MUCH appreciated.
