I definately believe that Alan Rickman's portrayal of Snape is heads & shoulders above Rawlings' creation. He breathes life depth into what has heretofore been an all too two-dimensional character. David P. Hoadley"
Uhm yes. Alan Rickman obviously plays a large part in why I find that sort of "litterature" interesting. My criteria for reading a story is that Snape must be one of the "actors" Other than that, I can't agree that Book-Snape is a 2-dimensional character. Actually, he's the only fully fleshed character in the books, he's the only one with a past, for instance. But that's a longer discussion and I'd better stop now, or I can go on for hours about Him Quote - "What is "chanslash?" "
Slash where (one of) the characters are underage. Not really CP, but in some occasions it comes disturbingly close.
