Browsers allow you to put a cap on how big your cache gets, I suggest REMINDING your browser on how big you want it to get, lol. Maybe that will put it back on course? I usually only purge at night before shutting down, and I've put a 1Gb cap on my cache, so it can get really big, but with either my "Windows Washer" or the slower, freeware "CCleaner", it still is maybe only 3-5 minutes.
