Thanks Gradient, but PS has always been set there. The attached screen shot shows a My Pictures file when viewed in Windows/Explorer. That no thumbnails are visible is obvious. The problem is in any Windows product but not with many other apps. Very odd---it started with Photoshp Cs--no problem previously.
