For anyone who regularly uses Photoshop, but has moved to a new PC and installed Photoshop CS, you may have noticed that you are unable to view PSD files as thumbnails in Windows Explorer any longer. For an unknown reason, Adobe has seen fit to remove this particular functionality from Photoshop. You may not have noticed this if you upgraded your version of Photoshop from a previous version, as the ability to display PSD files as thumbnails is driven by a DLL file that was distributed previously, but is now strangely absent. BUT.... You can download the .dll Photoshop CS .PSD Thumbnails in Windows Explorer
