Ok.. here is a final solution..
I don't knot why it didn't install that missing thumb .dll file.. But read this please carefully:
If you have upgraded from a previous version of Photoshop to Photoshop CS you will be OK but a fresh install of CS will NOT included thumbnail previews of PSDs. However I have discovered how to fix this, all we need is a missing DLL to be placed in the right folder.
Simple but essential functionality. It does make you wonder why Adobe saw fit to remove the thumbnail preview in the first place!
I still don't know why.. i install the CS2 directly on any of my machines.. either PC or MAC and i can see them.. But hree is the .DLL file.. please follow the above instructions and it will work..
NOTE!! I TESTED THAT FILE MY SELF.. AND IT IS AN ADOBE CERTIFIES .DLL FILE.. The file has been scanned and it is 100% clean..
