Thank you for your answer again dreamer :) But i never had Photoshop7 installed at all on this workstation! For real.. First of all it is a brand new one. Which i got to custom build it my self to fit my overloaded needs  two weeks ago.. And you know that when you upgrade specially your motherboard or processor your older operating system will show you the Blue death screen and it won't boot.. Since it was configured to the older hardware.. So i had reinstall my Workstation OS again from the very beggining with all the needed softwares..

The version i am using now is the CS2 Upto date version. Installed right away on the new system.. But never had that problem :) it showed me all the thumbs right away without any missing .dlls or such as mentioned!

You know that many people don't update their software tho.. When ever i install the adobe products or any other software.. I have to update them before i use them.. could it be fixed in any of the updates! I don't know.. Becasue as i mentioned as soon i install it, it shows my thumbs right away.. and on my external HDDs or even Optical drives..

All i can tell that i heard alot from many others about this issue.. and i have a coporate business account with Adobe INC. and i will search with them tommorow and discuss that issue.. Becasue i am positive about what i am talking about.. And they have to remove that wrong info or note about their issue from their website..

I will install windows on a brand new sealed hard drive now with no additional softwares or drivers.. after the windows is done.. I will install the PS-CS2 right away.. just to make sure.. And i won't update it as well.. then i will hit you back and then i will call them tommorow with an answer.

 

The questions is now! Is every one is using an origianl copy! of that product! Tricky eh! the reason also i asked.. Becasue i donated one of my coporate keys to a very well known artist here on Rosity almost 6 days ago.. And since it is one of my keys i had to call the company to take that key out of my list and register it to that person. Which i did that with him online.. And guess what! He had no adobe at all!! and i asked him! and it shows the thumbs!! interesting and confusing at the same time..

Don't worry.. I will hit you back with an honest answer.. As soon as am done.. and i have to report that to Adobe becasue i am a certified Microsoft  & Adobe BetaTester.. But been real busy the past three to four months with my Audio and Commercial orders.. I really need to rest for a very long time.. why don't we goto THAILAND for a visit! :)
