I hate to continue this BUT ... why would one user with a fresh install of CS2 have the psicon.dll and the other not have the it? And was the issue of  "CAN NOT SAVE FILE "..." BECAUSE IT IS ALREADY OPEN" because of the psicon.dll or the fact that you have option set to Thumbnails?
