Actually it was a gifted to those who participated in a bit of fun.  There were a few items from BillyT, Kozaburo and Yamato that were available on the forum to download for a certain period of time.  You had to make an image with them and post it in the gallery and those who did got a PM with a link to the the WW outfit.

It was last years "April Fools" day fun.
