I wondered when I saw that ad, especially since the woman's hair looks a bit like DAZ's "Sassy Hair."  After watching it closely many times, I decided that it's not Poser. 

However, there is a cold medicine ad that uses James.  He's bald in the ad, and that huge domed forehead is unmistakable.
